At Tibnor, we develop our working methods based on our lean philosophy "SSAB One". We work in this way in all teams and in all countries to secure Tibnor's competitiveness, eliminate waste in our flows, increase the efficiency of our working methods and processes and to create commitment among all employees who participate in that work.

By and large, all our teams, in all countries, have daily or weekly meetings to manage the teams' workload and to find deviations and areas for improvement. We also focus on problem solving in all teams to improve the so-called "normal situation". The idea is to use everyone's knowledge to get better together. This is how we create engagement at Tibnor.

When we work in this way, we create efficient processes and at the same time reduce the environmental impact of our operations. We focus mainly on reducing our emissions, increasing the filling rate of our transports, improving our material utilization and reducing our energy consumption and scrap. We require that our hired carriers have at least Euro 5 and in this way we reduce CO2 emissions.
