Tibnor emission statement

REACH

REACH is a chemical legislation that replaces large parts of the chemical regulations that applied before June 1, 2007 in the EU and in Sweden. REACH stands for Registration, Evaluation, Authorization and Restriction of Chemicals. In Swedish: Registration, evaluation, approval and restriction of chemicals. REACH also contains requirements for users of chemicals, which did not appear in previous legislation.

RoHS

How are Tibnor's products affected by the directive? The RoHS 2 directive (2015/863/EU) limits the use of mercury, cadmium, lead, hexavalent chromium and the flame retardants PBB and PBDE in new electrical and electronic components placed on the market after July 1, 2006. From 2013, this directive has incorporated into Swedish legislation with Ordinance (2012:861).
